Welcome to Bellevue Park Wool. We are a fifth-generation family farm in the Snowy Mountains of NSW, producing some of Australia's finest super fine and ultra fine Merino wool. Every skein begins here in the high country and is hand-dyed in small batches for knitters, crocheters and weavers who care about where their materials come from.

This is not generic Australian wool. It is single-origin Saxon Merino, grown on one farm by one family and traceable from paddock to skein. At 16.8 micron and lower, our ultrafine Merino yarn is soft enough for next-to-skin wear and strong enough for heirloom knitting that lasts for years.

We sell hand-dyed Merino skeins, balls of wool and sock yarn directly from the farm, to makers across Australia and around the world. Whether you are casting on a next-to-skin shawl, a pair of socks or a project meant to be handed down, you will be working with wool that took more than forty years of careful breeding to reach this quality.
